These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Work Global Career Ltd website and your purchase or use of our training programmes, digital products and Business SOP Vault. By using our website or purchasing a service, you agree to these terms and any product-specific terms presented before purchase.

1. Our Services

Work Global provides practical career training, professional development resources, digital business resources and related services. Programme content, duration, delivery method, inclusions and pricing will be stated on the relevant product or programme page.

2. Training and Career Outcomes

Our training is designed to develop practical skills and improve career readiness. Completion of a programme does not guarantee employment, a specific salary, freelance income, clients, promotions, visas, contracts or any other particular outcome. Results depend on factors including individual effort, experience, market conditions, employer requirements and opportunities available to you.

3. Applications, Registration and Payment

• You must provide accurate information when applying or purchasing.
• Prices and material terms will be displayed before purchase.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials issued to you.
• Payments must be made through the payment methods we make available.
• We may suspend or decline access where payment is reversed, fraudulent or otherwise unauthorised.

4. Business SOP Vault

The Business SOP Vault is a digital business-resource product containing materials such as SOPs, checklists, workflows, templates, email scripts and training resources as described on the product page.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own internal business or professional purposes.

• You may download or use materials only to the extent permitted by the product and access system.
• You may not resell, sublicense, publish, distribute, upload, share publicly, reproduce as a competing product or give the materials to third parties for commercial redistribution.
• You may adapt materials for your own internal operations where the licence permits, but adaptation does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless expressly stated otherwise, website content, course materials, SOP Vault materials, text, graphics, branding, templates and other original content supplied by Work Global are owned by or licensed to Work Global and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No ownership rights are transferred merely because you purchase access.

6. Acceptable Use

You must not use our website, training platform or digital products for unlawful activity, fraud, infringement, unauthorised access, harassment, malware distribution, circumvention of access controls or conduct that materially harms our services or other users.

7. Third-Party Services

Payments, hosting, communications, analytics and other functions may rely on third-party providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for independent failures or policies of third-party providers, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

8. Service Availability

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

To the extent permitted by law, Work Global will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud or other matters for which exclusion is prohibited by law.
